2018 KATA CONVENTION
The Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA) held its first ever Annual Convention that combined the Association’s 2nd Travel Agents Innovation forum and the 39th Annual General Meeting from 7th to 8th September 2018 at Enashipai Resort and SPA – Naivasha.The Convention had a wide range of speakers from different walks of life.
2019 KATA CONVENTION
KATA was established in 1979 and in 2019 it celebrated 40 years of being the voice of travel agencies. It is said that life begins at 40 and we celebrated our 40th Anniversary during the convention with lots of fun and networking opportunities for all who attended.2019 Convention boasted a wide range of Guest Speakers, including five different sessions of Panel Discussions
2020 KATA CONVENTION
The Kenya Association of Travel Agents as a national umbrella body for Travel Agents in Kenya, with a growing membership of over 250 Travel Agencies. It is Kenya’s largest and only membership organization for travel agents. Due to COVID-19 challenges experienced all over the world, the Convention did not take place as planned
