Our
Partnership
Program

Collaboration is a key part of KATA’s culture. That’s why we selectively partner with like-minded organizations that place a premium on the travel industry. This mindset means we create a well-rounded travel industry designed to benefit our members, trade partners and Kenya’s travel industry in general.

No organisation or government working alone can grow and scale the air transport market.  At KATA, we believe that only by working together with our members, their customers, and our trade partners, that we can transform the Kenyan travel industry.

Our partnerships begin with careful listening and engagement to build a big-picture view of our clients’ needs and understand their current challenges. This is critical to aligning our expertise most effectively with our partners’ goals. We go beyond for our partners; we build outcome-focused relationships.

Our comprehensive process ensures that we understand each partner’s unique needs and co-create solutions that will deliver full value across the entire relationship, and most importantly for our members. We value the role, expertise, and resources that our partners, drawn from – corporate businesses, academic institutions, governments, destination marketing companies, and other trade associations – invest in growing the travel trade.

Our partners have worked with us to deliver innovative and successful projects and their support has been vital in achieving our Mission and Vision. We work to make our partnerships positive for every partner.  This means we have a commitment to seek mutual benefit; to respect and values others’ contributions; to listen and be responsive, and to communicate openly and transparently.

We measure our partnering practice and make sure it is fully aligned to our ethical and professional standards. This is part of upholding our commitments to our partners.
